"Words of Hope has the privilege of sharing God’s Word with the world each day, and God’s Word is the means by which He works in the lives of people–one at a time. God is concerned with individuals. That is one reason why radio is an appropriate medium for Christian witness. Radio is a very personal medium. Radio does not talk to an audience of thousands of people; but to an audience of one, multiplied thousands of times. And the Word of God does many things. It converts, and it builds up faith in those who are converted; it challenges the proud, and it comforts the suffering; it pronounces judgment on sin, and it conveys blessing to humble and repentant sinners. It is an unspeakable privilege at Words of Hope to be able to share this Word with the whole world–one person at a time. And it is a joy to be able to follow up our radio broadcasts with Words of Hope literature that helps to confirm new believers in their faith and in the practice of daily Bible study." [David Bast]
