May 2008 - New Albanian Programs Provide Comfort

On March 15, 2008, an old ammunition depot exploded near the Albanian capital of Tirana. Dozens perished, hundreds were injured by the powerful blasts which destroyed more than 400 homes. Despair and anxiety swept the nation.
